SO Wellbeing AND Fitness – helping the rider to become an improved version of themselves. We devise exercise plans to encourage enhanced rider fitness, making it possible for the horse to move more freely forward and improve his balance and ease of movement.

Nicola is passionate about Rider Wellbeing, as a Personal Trainer and with a wide range of knowledge on how to aid mental and physical health can offer plenty of support both on and off the horse.
