SO Wellbeing AND Fitness – helping the rider to become an improved version of themselves. We devise exercise plans to encourage enhanced rider fitness, making it possible for the horse to move more freely forward and improve his balance and ease of movement.

Nicola is as passionate about rider wellbeing as she is about that of the horses. With her Personal Training Qualification and passion for Pilates she has a wealth of knowledge to help improve your mental and physical health. She regularly uses a cold plunge bath and has found this to be of tremendous benefit!!!!
